Higher Dimensionality - Interpolant Formula

For higher dimension ( greater or equal to 3-dimension), the interpolant has the form,

      Eq. (F)

where n> 3 and can go to any higher value as needed.

One needs to Provide M' value, 1, 2, ...n, (x1i, x2i,... xni), f(x1i, x2i,...xni) and (x1, x2,...xn) in order to calculate fA(x1, x2,...xn).
